In a brief stock exchange release, the multi-channel mass beauty company said that Peter Hallett and Erin Brookes will stand down from their roles as non-executive directors of the company and members of the board with immediate effect.

The company suggested the moves were all about simplified organisation as  chairman Iain McDonald said: ‘I would like to thank Peter and Erin for their contributions and support during their time on the board.

“This move is consistent with our strategy to create a simplified organisational structure across the company and its board, bringing greater agility and cost efficiency. The business announced a Formal Sale Process on 21st May 2025 and this process is ongoing with a high degree of engagement and interest.

“Since my arrival, I have been impressed by the underlying strength of the brand, the degree of knowledge and talent in the business and the willingness of the senior leadership team to address challenges head on and execute the strategy at pace.”
