Lunn’s the Jewellers opens larger Rolex showroom in Queen’s Arcade, Belfast

Lunn’s the Jewellers has opened its newly expanded Rolex showroom in Belfast’s Queen’s Arcade. The luxury store, partly housed in the oldest surviving townhouse in Donegall Place, has been completed following extensive work over two years to the tune of £5.5 million.
 

The enhanced Rolex showroom, which retains its original Queen’s Arcade entrance, has significantly increased its frontage on Donegall Place and will now offer “a fully immersive Rolex experience”. 

The showroom has been unveiled just ahead of golf’s 153rd Open Championship at Royal Portrush and as Rolex is its Official Timekeeper, it’s a timely reopening.

The new showroom includes an immersive client experience, from elevated, luxury appointment areas to a bespoke lighting scheme operated by dedicated hosts. 

It features a Rolex Authorised Service Centre, a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to the care and preservation of customers’ timepieces. There is also a new Quick Service Reception to assist clients with both sales and aftercare servicing.

The interior of the showroom has been designed by Rolex and features a series of spaces offering formal and informal client areas.

Decorative elements include Verde Alpi (a distinctive green marble quarried in the Italian Alps), feature light fittings, walnut wood panelling, bespoke Rolex furniture and a unique stucco relief of the local Giant’s Causeway.

Lunn’s becomes the latest investment in Queen’s Arcade which was extensively refurbished in 2019 and has resulted in the creation of 40 jobs over the last five years.
