From September 1, Kiko Milano will have a new chief brand officer. The Italian cosmetics brand has appointed in the role Drew Elliott, former global creative director of MAC Cosmetics, as well as co-founder and creative director of ENTtech Media Group.

“Kiko is a well-loved brand with deep roots in Europe and a rapidly growing global presence,” said Simone Dominici, CEO of Kiko Milano. “By welcoming Drew, we are unleashing Kiko’s full creative potential and accelerating our global growth momentum, building a new standard of excellence. Drew’s unique ability to build brands that resonate emotionally and culturally will elevate Kiko’s identity and help us lead the next wave of beauty innovation.”
In his new position, Elliott will spearhead the brand’s creativity and overall strategy. He reports directly to Dominici, and will focus on perfecting Kiko Milano’s voice and creative expression in every consumer touchpoint, strengthening the emotional connection with its customers and expanding the brand’s influence worldwide.
“Kiko has all the ingredients to become a global beauty icon: an authentic Italian heritage, an enthusiastic and loyal community, and quality products at an affordable price,” said Elliott. “[It] is more than a beauty brand: it is a platform for self-expression and cultural connections. I am honoured to help shape Kiko’s next era through storytelling and innovation, bringing its unique voice to consumers across Europe and beyond,” he added.
Kiko Milano was founded in Milan in 1997. It’s currently distributed via 1,250 stores in 70 countries, and generates net revenue in excess of €900 million.
