Affordable luxury fashion brand Rise & Fall is on the up with an injection of £1.4 million in fresh funding from Wealth Club. The investment forms part of a wider £4 million funding round led by Guinness Ventures.
The round allows the disruptive luxe brand to “execute its five-year growth plan”, targeting £115 million in sales and core earnings (EBITDA) of £26 million.
The digital brand was co-founded by Jed Coleman and Will Coulton “to offer premium-quality fashion and homewares without the eye-watering mark-ups synonymous with traditional premium and luxury brands”.
In just three years, it claims to have become a “quiet favourite among style insiders”, with its “elegant aesthetic, rich materials, and prices that can be up to 80% lower than comparable designer items”.
It said it’s achieved this by partnering with the same factories as top fashion houses and selling direct to customers.
Since launch, revenue has more than doubled every year and the latest funding “will support continued expansion in the UK and abroad”.
It will also see investment in new product lines including a luxury tote bag (designed with the same leather used by Anya Hindmarch, it notes) and growth of the brand’s loyal customer base.
Coleman and Coulton added: “We’ve built Rise & Fall to challenge an industry that too often confuses price with quality. By creating a smarter, leaner model—whether for cashmere, silk, or linen—we’ve shown there’s a better way. This raise is a major milestone for us and will allow us to take the brand to the next level.”
