Joining with a decade of experience, Edmondson previously worked for Savills UK Investment.

Rebecca Hiley also joins Victoria Leeds as brand relationship manager, bringing over two decades of senior retail leadership experience, most recently as regional manager at Ralph Lauren.

In her new role, she will be responsible for developing brand partnerships and working closely with occupiers to support the venue’s continued evolution.

Meanwhile, Louise Boorman is joining the Liberty Romford team as tenant liaison manager. She also brings a wealth of experience in customer engagement and centre operations, with previous roles at The Ritz London and BMW’s Sytner Group.

She will lead the day-to-day management of retailer liaison “with a focus on enhancing visitor experience and supporting long-term strategic partnerships with all occupiers”.
