Mango is continuing to reshape its leadership. After 17 years leading the men’s division, Jonathan Andic is stepping down as global director of Mango Man to focus on managing his family’s asset management businesses, which handle their corporate and real estate interests. He will be succeeded by Josep Estol.

Jonathan Andic will now share corporate governance duties with his sisters through the family’s holding companies, primarily managed under Punta Na Holding, S.A., where he serves as chairman. He also remains president of Mango MNG Holding, which controls 95% of Mango’s fashion business.
His sister Sarah Andic serves as vice president of MNG Mango Holding, S.A.U., secretary of Punta Na Holding, S.A., and president of Punta Na, S.A.U. The youngest sibling, Judith Andic, is vice-president of MNG Mango Holding, S.A.U., a member and proxy of Punta Na Holding, S.A., and a member of Punta Na, S.A.U.
This transition forms part of the group’s broader management restructuring. It follows the appointment of Toni Ruiz— previously CEO— as chairman of Mango’s board of directors after the passing of founder Isak Andic. The family had already decided in late 2024 to separate ownership and management roles, including Jonathan Andic’s departure from Mango Man, before the founder’s death. The change will take effect in the coming weeks. Despite stepping down from his executive role, Andic will continue to serve as vice-chairman of Mango’s board.
Josep Estol to lead Mango Man
Following the leadership transition, Josep Estol will take over as global director of Mango Man. Estol holds a degree in economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and brings extensive product management experience, having previously worked at Hackett London and Massimo Dutti. He joined Mango in 2022 as executive director of the men’s division. Going forward, Mango Man will be integrated into the company’s overall product division, alongside its other categories, under the direction of Luis Casacuberta.
Founded in 1984, Mango operates in more than 120 markets worldwide through a network of over 2,800 points of sale, including more than 600 dedicated to men’s fashion. According to its latest results, the company posted 7.6% growth in fiscal year 2024, with revenue reaching 3.339 billion euros. Mango Man currently accounts for 12% of total sales, with the division growing by 20% last year to reach 408 million euros in revenue.
Looking ahead, Mango aims to reach a record revenue of 4 billion euros by the end of 2026 and plans to open 500 additional stores worldwide.
