Click & Collect is now in all UK Primark stores

As promised 13 months ago, Primark’s Click & Collect rollout’s now complete, with the service live in 187 stores across the UK.

The fashion/lifestyle retail giant recently added a further 29 new stores to the tally, including all 21 Primark stores in Scotland.

Its shoppers across Britain can now browse and shop a wide selection (over 5,000 products) via Click & Collect spanning women’s, men’s, kids and homewares, before collecting the order in-store. The service also gives customers the chance to access ranges and collections typically only found in Primark’s larger stores, it noted.

“Whether that’s its popular Paula Echevarria collection, 100% linen outfits from The Primark Edit or pieces from [the] adaptive clothing range, Click & Collect brings more of Primark to more people”, it said.

First trialled in 25 stores in the North West of England, Yorkshire and North Wales, Primark announced in April 2024 it would roll out the service across all stores in Great Britain, alongside expanding the ranges it offered.

It’s an important move for the retailer that was once a physical-stores-only operation. While it has prospered based on that business model, it still leaves it at something of a disadvantage in a modern shopping world in which customers are channel-agnostic and want the option of both online browsing and physical stores.
