The Swedish brand is already present in 11 Latin American markets, including Mexico, Peru, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Panama, and Costa Rica.

The upcoming entry into Venezuela follows H&M’s previously announced plans to launch both physical stores and online shopping in Brazil in the second half of 2025, along with its first store opening in El Salvador.

The expansion comes amid a year of significant global growth for the company. In 2024, H&M opened 88 new stores worldwide and continued to revamp key retail locations in the U.S., Canada, and Ecuador.
